Yup there's a section between 92 ISB and Seabreeze....where the plaza resort and spa are.......that's closed to traffic.....been that way for awhile.......maybe a year or two........You'll see it.
Traffic is allowed North and South though......BCR is this coming weekend.....

Thanks Shor! Well that really sucks...Shows how long I've out of there. Used to be no problem. What's the reason anyway? Is it the damn turtles or something?

Yup........thank god I don't live on beachside......
You couldn't move around if you wanted to.....total parking lot.....
The city made these rules ......funny thing was it was the same time the turtle thingy was happening.....go figure.......
